Credits are the common currency across every workflow. They let us expose the newest models without forcing you to learn a different pricing table for each provider.
What counts as a credit?
Every workflow consumes a range of credits based on duration, resolution or complexity. Imagen 3 portraits usually spend 2-3 credits, while a 10 second video can use 8-20 credits depending on the model.
Do credits expire?
Monthly credits refresh on your billing anniversary and unused credits roll over for 30 days. Extra packs never expire as long as your account stays active.
Top-ups and add-ons
You can buy credit packs at any time. They are delivered instantly and stack on top of your monthly allowance. Max, Generative and Team enjoy a permanent 20% discount on every pack.
Transparency first
Every creation shows the estimated credit cost before you run it. After completion, you can review the exact amount deducted inside Creations and in the billing history.

Max plan
With 400 credits you can generate roughly 120 short videos or 200 high-end images per month. Buying a 500 credit pack drops the per-credit price by 18%.
Generative plan
900 credits cover multi-market launches: 60 premium videos, several avatar shoots and dozens of ads, all without touching add-ons.

6,000 credits plus discount packs supply entire departments. Most teams pair it with automated credit alerts for producers.

Billing & payments
Billing cycles
Monthly plans renew every 30 days based on the date you subscribed. Yearly plans renew on the same calendar day every year with a 40% discount baked in.
Charges and receipts
We charge your default payment method immediately after renewal. A PDF invoice becomes available inside the billing section and via the Stripe email receipt.
Currency & taxes
All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your billing address and country-level legislation.
Changing frequency
You can switch from monthly to yearly (or back) from the billing portal. The system prorates unused time automatically.
Security & compliance
We never store card numbers. All payments are processed through Stripe with PCI DSS compliance and optional 3D Secure when required by your bank.

Open the secure Stripe portal to change plans, download invoices or update your payment method in seconds.
How upgrades and downgrades behave
Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the unused portion of your current cycle. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal so you keep your current benefits until then.

Instant upgrades
Move from Plus to Max, Generative or Team and the new credits are granted right away. The invoice shows both the upgrade and a credit for unused time.
Scheduled downgrades
Downgrading keeps your existing benefits until the end of the cycle. Once the next renewal hits, the new credit amount is applied automatically.
Cancel or pause
You can cancel renewals with one click. Your workspace remains accessible until the period expires and you can restart the subscription whenever you need it again.
